Reiki is a holistic healing tool that can complement traditional medicine; it first originated in 1922 with Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan and is part of an energy healing practice. Reiki uses our qi (chi) or universal life force to create balance in your body's energetic flow. While in-person sessions utilize a "hands-on" approach, Dr. Housel has developed a unique blend of hypnotic healing meditations complimented by spiritual cleansing with crystals and traditional Usui Reiki energy clearing methods to safely treat individuals at a distance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Reiki can be very relaxing--the practitioner's intention is to allow the person being treated to begin healing from the inside out in an effort to speed recovery time (mental and/or physical) and even reduce pain, anxiety, etc.. Always check with your doctor before making any health or lifestyle changes.
All distance Reiki telesessions are for individual use only and are done through Zoom; you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of securing your appointment online. There are no refunds; clients can reschedule up to 24 hours before the start of their session at Dr. Housel's discretion. Dr. Housel reserves the right of refusal on an as-needed basis.
