Couple's and partners can come together in a safe space to learn how to talk things out while being proactive, not reactive. Listening to one another is just as important as talking. These are buildable "soft" skills that strengthen commitment by promoting equitable exchange.
Telesessions are 50 minutes via Zoom. You will receive email confirmation within 24hours of securing your apt online. There are no refunds for missed sessions and/or client cancellations; rescheduling is possible pending availability when there is at least 24 hours or more notice.
Dr. Housel has 20+ years experience as an advocate, educator and coach. She is the author of "Survive Anything" for Psychology Today and an author and editor in the Mental Health for Millennials book series. Dr. Housel is also a mental health expert for 7Cups.com on patient advocacy and suicide. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and holds affiliate membership in the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology, the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, and the Hypnosis Alliance with postgraduate study/continuing ed accredited by the American Medical Association (Harvard Medical School 2020-2021) as well as the APA for telehealth, parenting, relationships, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and grief.
