These are 45-minute telesessions. During checkout, please include in NOTES your time zone and preferred days of the week/times for your appointment to expedite scheduling. Immediately after checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation; within 24 hours of confirmation, your appointment will be scheduled. Dr. Housel has 20+ years experience as an advocate, educator and coach. She is the author of "Survive Anything" for Psychology Today and an author and editor in the Mental Health for Millennials book series. Dr. Housel is also a mental health expert for 7Cups.com on patient advocacy and suicide. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and holds affiliate membership in the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists and Hypnosis Alliance with postgraduate study/continuing ed accredited by the American Medical Association (Harvard Medical School 2020-2021) as well as the APA for telehealth, parenting, relationships, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and grief.
