Sleep Sessions: Insomnia
For Those Who Are Having Trouble Sleeping...
During times of uncertainty or major life changes, sleep can be elusive. But sleep is necessary to maintaining health. When we lose sleep because of situational stress and/or anxiety, even depression, we may develop other health issues as a result. Getting to the root of the problem can help.
Dr. Rebecca Housel will help you work through the living nightmare keeping you awake at night. Using techniques like guided meditation, light hypnosis and the power of suggestion, you will find your way back to dreamland once again. Four sessions once a week for four weeks is recommended for best results.
You will heal. And, when you do, you will find your way to a peaceful sleep once again.
