All sessions are confidential. Skype sessions in 15-minute blocks are scheduled via email. Please include in the NOTES at checkout your time zone, and the best days of the week and times that work for you to expedite scheduling--be sure to also include any information in NOTES at checkout to help Dr. Housel address your particular concerns.More than one appointment may be necessary, dependent on individual needs. She is the author of "Survive Anything" for Psychology Today and an author and editor in the Mental Health for Millennials book series. Dr. Housel is also a mental health expert for 7Cups.com on patient advocacy and suicide. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the International Association of Risk Management in Medicine, with postgraduate study/continuing ed accredited by the American Medical Association (COVID-19, Genomics, Oncology, Immunology & Genetics, Harvard Medical School 2020-2021) as well as the APA for telepsychology, parenting, relationships, sex, LGBTQ, cancer patients and those with chronic illness, as well as anxiety, depression, insomnia, and grief.
