Repeat telesessions are recommended for best results. You will receive an email after checkout with a confirmation. Within 24 hours of your confirmation, you'll receive an email with your choice of dates and times for your appointment. To expedite scheduling, include in the NOTES section before checkout your Skype-handle, timezone and the most convenient dates/times for your 45-minute telesession with Dr. Housel. Feel free to also include any information you'd like Dr. Housel to know ahead of time in the NOTES section at checkout--thank you. Sessions are intended for individual use only. Group/corporate rates apply. We have a strict no-refund policy but clients will be given the opportunity to reschedule appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance.
Dr. Housel has 20+ years experience as an advocate, educator and coach. She is the author of "Survive Anything" for Psychology Today and an author and editor in the Mental Health for Millennials book series. Dr. Housel is also a mental health expert for 7Cups.com on patient advocacy and suicide. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and holds affiliate membership in the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists and Hypnosis Alliance with postgraduate study/continuing ed accredited by the American Medical Association (Harvard Medical School 2020-2021) as well as the APA for telehealth, parenting, relationships, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and grief.
