Special Session IV: Guided Meditation
Harness the power of your mind.
This 15-minute session focuses on health and wellness with Dr. Housel helping you learn basic meditation that can be done anywhere, anytime. You'll also learn how to harness the power of affirmations/mantras to gain more insight into your life as well as sharpen your focus and improve things like memory and concentration.
This session also accommodates individuals who wish to discuss why they're interested in learning meditation; 3+ sessions are recommended, dependent upon individual needs. You will learn how to use meditation to control pain and improve your overall health. Dr. Housel credits her longevity despite multiple bouts with high-grade malignant cancer in part to the power of meditation.
Unleash the power of your mind and harness your true potential. If you purchase 3 sessions, you will receive a fourth free. Free sessions are non-transferable and are for individual use only--no exceptions.
An email will be sent 24 hours after purchase with dates and times to choose from for your 15-minute live Skype session(s) with Dr. Housel.
